In preparing the select cruded pancake in mutton soup, the chefs of Tang Restaurant select high-quality beef of three months old from central Shaanxi and the flour made from the wheat newly harvested within 15 days, and adopt conventional cooking techniques, so as to assure you the genuine flavor of the dish at the archaic courtyard. Tang Restaurant also provides guests with Zhaojun cold noodle, the well-known Banquet of Eight Scenic Spots of Chang'an, and other representative dishes of Shaanxi.
